A coffee and a Portuguese custard tart | Um café e uma nata | Braga

Really there’s no valid explanation for this addiction: you can have one without the other, it won’t be the same I assure you, together they are a caloric bomb, just the kick you need to get things done! At the café you can simply order: um cafèzinho e uma nata, por favor!

José, I had the recipe for natas that you sent me, opened on my browser until last week (it crashed and it closed!). I saved it and I hope one day I will make them. They look SO delicious! (But they take a long time to make!!). Maybe it’ll be easier to go to Braga and try one there 🙂

    And welcome back! 🙂

I was missing this blog! I tell you it’s not easy to make them, you should come here and taste them – if they were easy to make they would be all over the world, and their name “nata” would have changed! Thank you for your words of encouragement! and the “natas” ARE really delicious! 😀

Braga is on the list of places I’d like to visit soon 🙂
I’ll let you know when/if that happens 🙂
