Bacalhau à Narcisa | Codfish au Narcisa

Its preparation is quite simple, the outcome is fantastic!
After frying the best cod’s fillet steaks in olive oil place them on a tray and cover them with a large quantity of onion slices which were also fried on the same olive oil adding a bit of vinegar and a bay leaf. Serve with thin round and crispy potato chips.
Choose a good white wine – preferably vinho verde – and get a bang out of it!
